RE: A new Public Records Request and Follow up to the First Request regarding Vermont Yankee

Pursuant to Vermont's Public Documents Law, 1 VSA Section 315-320, please provide:

1. ) copies of all emails, witness interviews and related documents that went into the AG's investigation of possible collusion between the Republican Governors Association with the Brian Dubie campaign and completed in or around October 13, as well as the legal justification for concluding that there was not enough evidence to bring an enforcement actions.

2.) A copy of the Confidentiality Agreement between Attorney General Sorrell and Entergy requested in my October 21st request. As noted previously, this is a document that could be obtained in a matter of minutes and does not take ten working days to send it to me.
